Annual Trunk or Treat

Join us for this FREE event to trick or treat from decorated cars in the Lockport Tops Plaza. We will have a DJ, face painting, and additional fun activities. Food trucks will be available to purchase from. We are in need of volunteers to decorate cars for this event.
