I wanted a girls’ night that left me feeling nourished…
Not just unplug for a couple hours only to plug right back in where I left off — but to return feeling more grounded, more present, more full, and more me.
So I created a night to reset. An in person Women's Breathwork Circle — a space where we breathe, reflect, and connect.
Because we live in a world that moves fast — especially for women.
Schedules packed. Minds full. Hearts carrying more than most ever see.
One mom shared after working with me,

we live incredibly busy lives between our schedules and our kids, but now I realize how beneficial it is to take those moments to breathe — it makes even the busiest days feel less wild.”
This circle is about that.
About reclaiming a little time to breathe so even the craziest of days we can meet with more ease and flexibility.
To release what’s heavy.
To reconnect with yourself — not in theory, but through your body, your breath, your presence.
Our bodies hold stories.
Stories of stress, of love, of unmet needs.
Stories that quietly shape how we show up — in our motherhood, our partnerships, our relationships.
So often, the tension we feel in our lives — the impatience, the frustration, the reoccurring fights— isn’t because we’re broken or failing.
It’s because something inside us hasn’t had space to land.
To breathe.
To soften.
When we pause to reconnect with Self, we begin to release what’s built up.
The heart reopens.
And from that place, everything changes — our presence deepens, our reactions soften, our relationships heal.
That’s what this circle is about.
A space to reset. To release what’s been building.
To connect through trauma-informed breathwork, gentle journal prompts, and meaningful conversation — followed by a soft landing with warm drinks and candlelight.
