Sound + Soul is a tender space for parents who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss. Through connection, reflection, and the calming resonance of sound bowls, we come together to nurture healing — body, mind, and spirit.

Each session offers a blend of guided discussion, mindful rest, and sound healing, allowing emotions to soften and peace to gently return. This is a space to honour your baby, share your story, and feel held in a community that understands.

You don’t have to walk this path alone — come as you are. Whether you’re in the early days of grief or walking this path years later, you are welcome here — held in harmony, surrounded by understanding, and supported by sound.
