Serenity in Slowness: A trauma informed gentle restorative yoga practice for Parents of Infant and Pregnancy Loss

This will be a very restorative practice. Where emotions are welcome but not expected. A space to have space held for you in a way of no judgement from others or themselves. Weaving in meditation, breath work and mindfulness to support you beyond the practice on the mat and help guide you through the hardest journey of your life. This practice is explicitly through a trauma informed lens where everything is invitational.

Kelsey's yoga therapy specializes in perinatal health and grief support.

You are invited to connect with other loss moms while enjoying refreshments, muffins, and fruit after class.
