Welcome to the Haunted Asylum — a fully immersive, live-actor haunted experience. This attraction is designed to be frightening, intense, and unforgettable. Please read the following carefully before purchasing your ticket.

⚰️ LIABILITY & RISK
By entering the Haunted Asylum, you voluntarily assume all risks and liability associated with participation. This includes, but is not limited to, risks of injury, emotional distress, or medical emergencies.
• Strobe lights, fog, loud noises, confined spaces, and sudden scares will be used throughout the attraction.
• Individuals with epilepsy, heart conditions, asthma, or any other medical sensitivity should NOT enter.
• You enter at your own risk. Fiori Events, its staff, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur before, during, or after your experience.

👻 INTERACTION POLICY
• There will be live actors who may touch you, follow you, or invade your personal space as part of the experience.
• Under no circumstances may guests touch actors, props, or set pieces.
• Violating this rule will result in immediate removal with no refund and no re-entry.

🚫 BEHAVIOUR & SAFETY RULES
• No running, pushing, or aggressive behaviour.
• No phones, flashlights, or cameras are permitted inside the haunted house.
• Please follow the arrows and designated paths at all times.
• You will have one opportunity to exit early if you do not wish to continue. Please note that tickets are valid for one entry only — no re-entry will be allowed once you exit.
• This is a shared experience. Please be respectful of other patrons — no obnoxious or disruptive conduct.

🎥 VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
For the safety of guests and staff, the Haunted Asylum is under continuous video surveillance.
By entering the premises, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded. Cameras are in place for security and operational monitoring. Footage may be reviewed in cases of rule violations or safety concerns.

🎃 PHOTO BOOTH & ADMISSION
A 360° photo booth will be available at the end of the experience for your post-asylum photo opportunity.

Fiori Events reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest at any time, for any reason, without explanation or refund.
If you touch any props or actors, you will be immediately removed with no refund and no re-entry.
