Day 1
Pelvic Biomechanics
Sense and experience the different ways in which the pelvis can move both externally and internally. Encouraging optimal pelvic biomechanics is the foundation for a healthy pelvic floor.
The Dynamic Floor
Often the reason why many movement teachers cue the pelvic floor wrong is due to a misunderstanding of the living materials that make up for the pelvic diaphragm.
In this section of the workshop you’ll clearly understanding the myofascial-organic design of the pelvic floor and how to train it for optimal support.
The Gluteal Floor
The pelvic floor doesn’t work in isolation. New research has shown the strong fascial connection between the gluteal muscles and the pelvic floor.
Here you’ll experience the evolutionary relationship between pelvic stability, the pelvic floor and gluteal muscles and how to create a supported pelvic floor through the glutes.
Day 2
The Adductor-Floor Complex
Where the gluteal muscles support the pelvic from the back and sides, the adductor magnus supports the pelvis and floor from below.
Improving the connection between the pelvic floor can adductor muscles can create a sense of ease and confidence at the pelvic floor muscles.
