60 Hours Training - Yoga Alliance
We would love to welcome you on our Breathwork and Pranayama Teacher Training Level 1 where you will learn about the art of breathing from a holistic approach. During this training you will gain a vast knowledge about various breathing practices and Pranayamas and how they can impact your nervous system and overall well-being.
Our focus will be on the embodiment of the techniques and providing you with a practical toolbox which you can implement in your every days and also learn the skills how to confidently share it with others.
Are you ready to be the alchemist and explore the profound impact of your breath on your state of mind and overall health? This training is opened for everybody who is willing to dive deeper into this topic.
Who is this training for?
- you are yoga teacher or other wellness professional (e.g. bodyworker, sound therapist, energy healer, massage therapist, health or life coach, school teacher etc) and you wish to expand your knowledge about the breath and also gain confidence in teaching
- you are seeking personal and professional development and practical tools which can support your own and your client’s well-being
-you want to understand better how the breath links the body and mind together and can be the key for longevity and holistic health
-you wish to learn about how to facilitate and guide others in a 1:1 or group setting in a safe, supportive and professional way
This training is primarily designed with the intention to guide you through a journey of self-discovery and to open up your mind to new levels of awareness.
It will also provide you with the knowledge about safe facilitation and how can you introduce accessible breathwork practices to various audiences and different levels.
During this training:
- you will practice and learn about more than 20 types of breathing practices based on traditional teachings backed up with modern science
- you will understand the function of the nervous system in depth and how it is connected to holistic health, longevity and healing
- we will use breathwork to move out from the mind into the body and yoga as a form of movement to awaken our energy
- you will gain a vast knowledge about how breathing practices can be applied in order to improve mental focus, performance, quality of sleep, digestion; to welcome more balance and better energy levels into your life; to reduce stress, anxiety and to work on your emotional health
- you will get a deeper understanding about how breathwork is connected to mindfulness and meditation
- you will learn about holding space in a safe way for others in a 1:1 and group setting and gain confidence by practicing teaching from day one
About the Location
Located in the beautiful nature of Mallorca, in the middle of the island close to Inca where you can enjoy the views of the mountains (Sierra de Tramuntana).
You will be away from the noises of the city and busy tourist areas, so you can truly disconnect from the distractions and enjoy the private setting and garden of a Mallorquin finca.
In the surrounding areas there are many charming small villages and there are easy hiking routes close by with stunning views.
It's a place to relax, unwind and to dive deeper into your rich inner world.
About the Food
There will be delicious, colorful, and healthy plant-based meals provided - using fresh and local ingredients as much as possible.
Our menu is gluten, lactose and refined sugar-free plus low in salt, therefore it supports your body's natural detoxification process.
To keep our mind and body clear all the time, no coffee or alcohol will be served. We will also apply a slight digital detox (limited usage of the phones). On this way we hope we will maximise your mindful moments meanwhile you will spend some quality time in nature in the company of like-minded people.

Your Hosts: Lilla and Peter from Our Yoga Mind
Lilla and Peter are a yoga teacher couple on the mission to create a more loving and mindful world through their transformational yoga experiences. They represent a holistic approach which will help you to understand your soul, body and mind on a deeper level and to integrate scientific and spiritual teachings into your daily life. Since they completed their teacher training in Rishikesh in 2018, yoga became their spiritual, mental and physical guidance towards a more conscious and healthier lifestyle. In the past 7 years they have been sharing their approach through over 3000 hours of teaching in forms of regular group and private classes, workshops, festivals, retreats and mentoring sessions on the island of Mallorca and online.
From the beginning of their yoga journey, they have discovered the importance of the breath and its vital role in holistic health and longevity. Their curiosity led them to explore the art of breathing more in depth in the past years and to learn from various teachers. Peter supports his clients also as a Certified Breath Coach and Lilla as a Holistic Psychologist and Meditation Teacher.
