River Clun - Laurel & Cotoneaster Clearance

Hi everyone, happy new year!
On Wednesday 11th February 2026 we'll be working alongside the River Clun near Y Pant School to tackle invasive non-native cherry laurel and cotoneaster with scope to also litter pick the site. This site is one of Rhondda Cynon Tafs Living Landscape sites - https://www.rctlivinglandscape.wales/EN/Home.aspx

We'll be meeting by the roundabout within the grounds of Sainsburys, Talbot Green @ 10.00 then taking a short walk down a track to the river. There is parking by the roundabout but it's limited, otherwise there is 3 hours of parking in Sainsburys itself.
Gloves, tools and hi-viz vests will be supplied.
