A day of art and connection for couples. Each couple will go through a fun and introspective process to create a unique artwork inspired by insights from their relationship.

This workshop is run by Clare - an eco artist who is passionate about making beautiful things and connecting with people.

"The Internal Storytelling workshop was really fun. There was a really good vibe and everyone was happy working on the task, but in their own way. I liked that the instructions on what to do where given in a way that we didn’t feel like we were being told that we had to do anything or that there was any pressure. There was lots of freedom, and we could’ve chosen to do it any way we wanted. There was a big choice of all the different things and materials; all the stuff we could’ve possibly needed or wanted to use, and lots of guidance and help if we weren’t sure about anything. I ended up being very pleased with what I did. I don’t consider myself very good at drawing, or at anything to do with art in any way, but what I ended up with was really good!"
