Kirtan with Siward & George at LLANDUDNO

An evening of chant and heartsong with Siward Mullens & George Walker.

Please join us to sit in circle with friends and open our hearts together in song.

We will open the evening with half an hour of gentle yoga with Kate, to prepare the body to sit for this meditative evening.

The Siward & George will lead us through a round of ancient Sanskrit chants songs and silences, inviting you to relax, centre, meditate and delve deeper into the mystery.

Please do bring a cushion and perhaps a blanket and anything you want to add to a shared Puja space. God's Goddesses Gurus Guardian Angels - all are welcome; crystals and power objects too.

We share sacred space in a relaxed informal inclusive manner. Mixing Indian and western instruments and styles handing out drums and percussion as we go. Part celebration, part meditation, we honour the many paths and traditions we have followed over the years but return again and again to the silence, the meditative space. Please join us!!
