What to wear and pack to be safe on the hills

Basic map reading and compass skills

How to take and walk on a bearing

Find your pacing and learn how to adjust to different terrain

An introduction to natural navigation

Visit an ancient stone circle

Be guided by a leader who is also an experienced nature connection facilitator and ecologist, expert in reading the environment and looking for wildlife to add a dash of wildness and connection into your training.
