Sound Bath

Rebalance the mind, body and soul: relax to the sounds of therapeutic instruments such as singing bowls, frame drum, gong, gentle percussion instruments, viola and voice.

Sound healing is known to help:
-Reduce anxiety
-Lower blood pressure
-Improve quality of sleep
-Increase feelings of well-being and positivity

Please note that this event is not suitable for those with epilepsy or in the first trimester of pregnancy.

7.30 – 8.45 pm Sound bath
8.45 – 9.15 pm optional social time (herbal teas served)

Helen Wilding is a classically trained musician majoring in violin, viola and piano. She plays in numerous music groups of varying genres, from classical to jazz to folk. She has worked in schools, directing bands and orchestras and accompanying choirs.
Helen is a qualified sound healing practitioner
