Family Constellation Therapy invites us into a deeper awareness of the invisible threads that weave through our family systems—threads of love, loyalty, grief, and survival. Often, we carry unconscious patterns or emotional burdens that did not begin with us but were passed down through generations. This work gently brings these inherited dynamics into the light, offering an opportunity to witness, honour, and release them with compassion.
In a constellation, we step beyond story and into the body’s wisdom, allowing a wider field of knowing to emerge. This process is not about blame or analysis, but about restoring the natural flow of love within the system. Whether you come with a specific issue or an open heart, this work can offer deep insight, healing, and a renewed sense of connection—to self, to others, and to life itself.
