Shake Your Soul

Join us on Saturday, September 27 at Breathe Yoga + Salt for a Shake Your Soul fundraiser, led by our very own Ms. Jessica!

Shake Your Soul is a unique and invigorating approach to body-spirit fitness, incorporating elements of movement therapy, qijong, yoga, and dance. It calls for a moderate level of exertion and provides for a maximal level of energy return. It is appropriate for all levels of movement/dance experience and fitness. Jessica VanValkenburgh, RSMT, RYT-500 will be your instructor.

Participants can wear clothes they are comfortable moving in and bring a water bottle and yoga mat to class.
