This potent session takes place in Full Spectrum's 48-unit Energy Enhancement System. A cutting-edge technology that combines body, mind, spirit and science to support optimal health and well-being. Utilizing scalar waves, light therapy and more, the "EESystem" enhances vitality, boosts immunity, alleviates pain, detoxifies the body, and elevates moods. Sequoia starts your session with a quick overview, instruction on the proper breathing technique and details of what to expect within the journey, followed by gentle movement to connect in with your body. While being held in a sacred space, once the journey is about to begin, you will put on the provided eye mask and headphones to create a deeply personal & internal experience. After the journey there will be time for journaling or sharing if you feel so inclined.

Please allow for the rest of your evening to be relaxed and unrushed. Your journey needs time to integrate and take time to be with your thoughts and feelings.

To prepare:

*Avoid heavy meals or caffeine at least 2-3 hours prior.

*No alcohol at least 24 hours before the session.

*No mind-altering substances at least 72 hours before the session.

*Staying hydrated is always a good idea, but don't over-do it. You don't want to have to use the restroom in the middle of a journey.

*Plan for at least 3 hours of uninterrupted time

--Be prepared to surrender and "go all-in". Every person's journey will be unique, do not place specific expectations upon yourself, let the unconscious layers peel away at their own pace. Spontaneous crying and/or laughing is not uncommon.
