Back Handspring Clinic

Join us for a 3-hour Back Handspring Clinic led by our top competitive coach with 7 years of experience! This focused clinic is designed to help athletes gain confidence, power, and proper technique for their back handspring.

Athletes will work on:
• Proper back handspring technique & drills
• Strength training specific to tumbling
• Flexibility & shaping to support safe skill progression
• Confidence-building progressions for consistent execution

This clinic is open to ages 6 and up and is especially perfect for athletes preparing for cheer tryouts coming up soon!
