Step into the kitchen at Wingen Bakery and learn how to make bread at home! Aimee and Bryan Wingen started as a cottage bakery and with their expert advice you will learn how to:
Maintain a healthy sourdough starter
Mix and proof a batch of bread
Shape a loaf of bread
Turn your home oven into a professional quality oven
How to score and bake your bread
In addition you will get to take home a fresh loaf of bread, instructions on how to make bread at home and your very own sourdough starter to play with.
Each class runs about 2 hours and includes a drink ticket and bread tasting after the class.
