On Saturday, October 4, 2025, the gates of Roberts Ranch will open for an exclusive guided walking tour. Join us for this opportunity to step onto private land and experience firsthand how history and modern stewardship come together.
Led by experts from CSU and local partners, this immersive tour brings together the past, present, and future of ranching on Colorado’s open land. Along a 2-mile interpretive walk, you’ll explore:
-An archaeological site where Native Americans once gathered
-Pioneer history including stories of early settlers and homesteads
-Ranching in action with grazing practices that sustain both business and nature
-Ecological features that support wildlife, healthy watersheds, and sustainable land management
Cost: $25 per adult/$10 per child. Includes light breakfast items.
