About the event

Tai Chi- All ages welcome!
Beginner Tai Chi class is held Wednesdays, from 3:30 - 4:00. Regular class is from 4 - 5:00 pm. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese discipline of meditative movements good for strength, balance, and your mind. Open to people of all ages, kids included. Suggested donation is $5.00. Tom and Bunny will be leading the group.
