Calling Denver yoga teachers! Join us to hone your Hands on Assists skills to deepen your teaching and connection with students. $25/ person.

Our Hands on Assist workshop will cover:
-The different types of assist both non physical and physical
-The Foundations of hands-on-assisting
-The Why and How of hands on assists
-How to integrate assists into your class
-Practice of hands on assists on other teachers
-Mock practice of hands on assist in a mini class setting
