The inaugural Hills Spring Cup 2025 3v3 tournament!
HOW IT WORKS
Get ready for an action-packed tournament hosted at the Adelaide Hills Hawks Soccer Club! by Side Hustle Sports. Our 3v3 tournament is designed to be a blast! With super-intense 8-minute games, teams will be getting non-stop action, with tons of touches, scoring goals and making quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. This format is perfect for all ages and abilities – it's a fun challenge that keeps the game moving and the excitement high!
Each game is played on a 15m x 10m pitch using a size 4 football.
EVENT INFORMATION
Wednesday 1st & Thursday 2nd October 2025, this tournament is open to any child in the age groups, not solely for club players. Our tournament welcomes mixed teams of boys and girls, as well as all-boys and all-girls teams.
WHAT TO WEAR
All players must wear shin pads and soccer boots. No specific uniform is required; bibs will be provided to teams.
TEAM SIZE
Each team can have 3-4 players per team. Players can only play for 1 team throughout the tournament. Substitutions can be made at any time. The player must leave the pitch at the same point the new player comes on. If a team cannot field 3 players they must forfeit the match.
NUMBER OF GAMES
Teams will play 5-7 games minimum and 9 maximum in the tournament. Each game is 8 minutes long. The tournament consists of group games, followed by semifinals and finals. Depending on the number of teams in each group, there are multiple finals based on position in each group.
PRIZES
•All finalists will receive a medal
•Winners will receive a medal and an individual trophy
•All players will receive a certificate of participation
•Prizes for player of the tournament in each age group
NUMBERS OF TEAMS PER PLAYING GROUP
Only 8 places are available per age group
Teams need to arrive 30 minutes before the start of the tournament. All games will run to the schedule, and games may be forfeited if a team is not ready to play at the allocated time.
Players can play up an age group but not down.
1st October
U9 ( Born 2016) 9am- 12:15pm
U10 (Born 2015) 12:30pm- 4pm
2nd October
U11 (Born 2014) 9am- 12:15pm
U12 (Born 2013) 12:30pm- 4pm
WHERE: Adelaide Hills Hawks Football Club 1 Hutchens Rd Woodside.
WHEN: Wednesday 1st & Thursday 2nd of October (first week of school holidays)
