Other Info:
✔️Rates vary per type of hunt. Hunting options include; Hog, Ram, Whitetail, Fallow, Red Stag, Elk and Bison.
✔️No hunting license or tags required
✔️Lots of photos and videos will be taken
✔️ Inside Lodging is NOT included for this event. There is space for your tent on site or hotels/motels about 15 minutes from the hunting location.

Be sure to have proper identification, badge # and/ work photo ID to participate. First Responders Include: Police, Firefighters, EMS/EMT/Paramedics, Corrections & Peace Officers, Military and Emergency Service Dispatchers.
EVENT ITINERARY:
⛺️ 🚗 Friday 10/10/2025
1500-2100 Arrival for campers
DIY tent setups, unlimited fishing at the on-site pond and evening campfire.
🏹 🍽️ Saturday 10/11/2025
0700 Breakfast at Lodge
0800 ALL Hunters at Lodge for safety briefing and paperwork.
0845 Each hunter will demonstrate that their weapon is sighted in on the range and accurate for the hunt. Once safe ALL Hunters will head out with guides to begin their hunt.
*Once hunts are completed , guides will field dress, transport, skin and quarter the harvested animals quickly and efficiently. Hunters who harvest early can relax or continue to fish until lunch is served.
1200-1300 ALL hunters will head to lodge area for hot lunch.
1300 Hunters who have not harvested their animals yet will go back into hunting preserve with guides. Others can explore local hiking trails, go fishing, relax at camp, or venture to local sites & attractions.
Evening Campfire will be set.

0830 Raffle Giveaway - Hog Hunt
0900 Who’s Fit for Duty - Competition
Winner chosen for best time in series of physical agility tasks.
1000 One Shot Bullseye Competition 21+ Competitors will take one 100YD shot with firearm TBA. The Winner is the one with most accurate shot.
1030 Battle of Badges Team Competition
Teams setup by “badge type” example Fire Vs. Law Enforcement, teams will then compete for strongest at Tug -O- War. Last two teams left will get to compete with who has best aim at yard pong. Winning team members will get prize choices at prize table.
01200-1300 Lite lunch at the lodge
1300 The day is yours to explore local waterfalls, hike, visit touristy places or stay at camp, go fishing and relax, etc.
Evening campfire will be set
🚘 Monday 10/13/2025
0900-1300 Pack up, departure! Don’t forget to bring your coolers to bring back your harvested meats.
