Fresh Pasta from Scratch

Have you ever wondered how to make pasta noodles from scratch? In this class, you will explore different shapes, how to prepare, and how to store fresh pasta. Chef Kelli Marks will teach you all the tips and tricks when it comes to using pasta-makers and crimp-0cutters. There will be bow-ties, spaghetti, fettuccini, and ravioli stuffed with creamy cheesy goodness! And of course, you will make a garlic-tomato sauce and get to eat your al dente pasta-perfection!
