DreamScape is preparing to launch phase 2 of their DreamSync technology. In the depths of their data archives, the company has been constructing criminality profiles for every citizen of NeoTerra. These profiles mark people as guilty before they have ever acted, reducing their futures to probabilities on a chart. Tonight, those servers are scheduled to leave PanArkadia, bound for Dreamscape's Moon theme park resort where the database will be folded into the company's showcase project.

The Glitch Rats cannot let that cargo launch without being compromised. They have built viral payloads known as Shamers, code that will expose DreamSync's algorithms for what they really are. As their hired team of mercenaries, you must break into the shipping warehouse, breach the server cores, and plant the Shamers before the convoy departs. If they succeed, the entire system will be primed for a public reveal. If they fail, DreamScape's predictive prisons will begin filling before the city even knows they exist.
