Belly Dance Workshop with Morophon

Get ready to shimmy and shake off the winter blues with Morophon in this introductory-friendly, all levels bellydance workshop! After a warm-up, participants will learn basic posture, movements and foundational steps of Fusion bellydance. In the second half of the workshop, we'll learn a couple of simple combos and put everything together in a fun choreography. There will be optional modifications for those looking for a challenge, and/or to accommodate differing levels of mobility and accessibility. Class language will be gender neutral and body positive. A limited amount of hip scarves will be provided by the instructor for in-workshop usage. No prior experience necessary!
