• 1st Course: Fromage Blanc – Sweet pepper jelly, fennel pollen, baguette. Paired with Waltz Blanc de Noir
• 2nd Course: Honeynut Squash Bisque – Duck confit, pumpkin seed brittle, blood orange crème fraiche. Paired with Waltz Reserve Chardonnay
• 3rd Course: Roasted Flounder – Smoked trout roe beurre blanc, whipped celery root, chive oil. Paired with Waltz Sémillon
• 4th Course: Seared Lamb Loin – Red wine & black garlic butter, rutabaga, rainbow chard. Paired with Waltz Baron Red
• 5th Course: Chocolate Caramel Pots de Crème. Paired with Waltz Rock Red
