Who is Bruce A. Carl?
Bruce has been a valued member of the Bomberger’s team for nearly four years, but his passion for birds and birding spans more than five decades. A dedicated member of the Lancaster County Bird Club since the late 1980s, Bruce has actively participated in and led numerous club birding field trips, breeding bird surveys, and annual Christmas bird counts.
With a lifetime of experience feeding birds, Bruce has gained extensive knowledge from fellow birding enthusiasts as well as through his own hands-on experience. His expertise includes bird identification, bird feeders and feeding techniques, insights on bluebirds and hummingbirds, and even strategies for dealing with squirrels—both the helpful and the troublesome ones.
Now, at Bomberger’s, Bruce is eager to share his knowledge with customers, helping them select the right products to create a thriving backyard bird-feeding environment. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned birder, Bruce is here to ensure your birding experience is both enjoyable and successful.
