Your Health and Well-Being (Lithgow)

Wellways Carer Gateway is pleased to invite you to join us for our coaching workshop - Your Health and Well-Being.

This workshop will provide a welcoming and supportive space where you can discuss the possible health impacts of your caring role and practical ways to manage your own health and well-being. You will also have the opportunity to meet and connect with other carers who understand the joys and challenges of being a carer.

Morning tea and light refreshments will be provided. Please include details of any food allergies or other special dietary requirements with your RSVP.

Please note: This event is open to residents living in South-Western Sydney and Nepean Blue Mountains regions in NSW, Australia only. Participants must also be registered with Carer Gateway (we can assist with new registrations for eligible participants).
