We gather monthly to ground, connect, share, drum and sing, you can expect an opening meditation, a sharing circle and then drumming with intention, based on what has been shared and needed plus some singing and dancing from the soul.
This circle is open to all women who wish to join, no experience is needed and drums are available to borrow if you do not have your own but please let us know as they are limited.
