Autumn Impressions & Intentions

Embrace the season with a mindful morning of nature, community, and creativity. 🍂🎨

Ticket Info:
Creativity and wellness should be accessible. Tickets are offered at two prices: $60 (full rate) or $40 (community rate). Please select the option that is best for you - no questions asked!

Schedule:
• 9am: We’ll begin with a gentle nature walk to collect fall leaves and natural materials. (This is optional - if you'd rather skip the walk and just join for the art, feel free to join at 10am! There will be natural materials available.)
• A break to enjoy tea and coffee together.
• 10-11:30am: Using the collected foliage to stamp, you'll create personalized intention cards — small works of art that hold your seasonal goals, affirmations, or reflections.

Workshop Info:
• No art experience is needed — just curiosity and openness to the process. You’ll leave with a unique set of cards to inspire and ground you through the fall.
• Facilitated by Karina Sorensen, an art therapist (LPC, ATR) and creative wellness facilitator, at MUGS in Litchfield.
