What You’ll Experience
This monthly Saturday morning course focuses on setting goals, building momentum, and gently dissolving creative blocks using wellness tools such as EFT (tapping).

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I attend some but not all of the sessions? The course is designed as a complete experience and is not intended for dipping in and out. You’re also welcome to share your progress and goals with the group by sending them in advance if you wish.
What should I bring with me? Please bring paper and a pen. If you prefer to write on a tablet or laptop, you’re welcome to use it—but note that access to a power point for charging may not be available.
