Soma Breathwork Session

Soma breathwork is a transformative breathing practice that incorporates rhythmical breathing , breath holds and meditation. We use very specific music that will enhance that breath even more.

Life is a rhythm and when we breath in rhythm we create a beautiful coherence in our system that leaves us balanced and centered.

When we hold our breath we take a pause to reflect and go deeper within ourselves to touch that zero point field of pure creation
