Free First Aid Skills Training - Save a Life September 2025

Only four in 10 people know how to treat a severe bleed or do CPR and less than half know how to give basic back blows to a person choking and nearly half of people would feel panicked if they came across a health emergency due to their lack of training.

To address this urgent need, we are running "Save a Life September," a month-long initiative throughout September dedicated to equipping our communities with essential lifesaving skills. During this campaign, volunteers will conduct free First Aid awareness activities in various community centres, parks, and public spaces. Our goal is to educate and empower as many individuals as possible to act swiftly and effectively in the event of an emergency. By participating in Save a Life September, you are not just teaching a skill you are joining a movement to create a safer, more prepared community.

So drop in at Unit 16, Market Square, Alton GU34 1HD any time between 10:00 and 15:00 on Saturday 13th Sept 2025 to learn some lifesaving skills!
