Homemade Italian Sausage Making (With the Sod Father)

Join us for an afternoon of Italian Sausage making with “The SodFather” Frank Balestri. Our very own winner of the 2020 Festa Della Sopressata at North American Pizza & Culinary Academy.
This is a hands on class and we will grind, season and case fresh sausage. Frank will discuss:

-The cuts of Pork
-Ratio’s of meat to fat
-Some of his favorite recipes for Fresh Italian Sausage.
*Each Student will also get to take some Fresh sausage home to Grill up for their next cookout!

What To Expect: Hands On Class
-Your chef instructor will teach the proper techniques to elevate your cooking.
-You will work individually in a fun, hands-on environment led by our Chef Instructor.
-Work from a recipe that was created for each specific class
