I’m hosting a magical evening of spice, warmth and indulgence with “Dinner in Marrakech” — a decadent 4 course meal celebrating the rich, sun-drenched flavours of Moroccan cuisine.

Begin with a cocktail and gorgeous canapés that awaken the senses, followed by three sumptuous courses inspired by the vibrant souks and secret courtyards of the Red City.

Think fragrant tagines, cinnamon-kissed couscous, preserved lemons, smoky aubergine, fresh bread, jewel-like dates, slow-cooked lamb, honey-soaked feta and crispy pastry — each dish a love letter to the tastes and textures of North Africa. This is more than dinner; it’s an escape to Marrakech for the night.
