Stepping on the pitch or the grass is not allowed during your tour of the museum.

The museum has an elevator, ramps, and benches throughout, making it accessible for visitors with reduced mobility.
You cannot visit the stadium on match days. Make sure to check the schedule before booking your tickets.
On European soccer match days, stadium visits are also not possible 2 days before and 1 day after the game.
All tickets include a complimentary souvenir scarf.
If you're a person with reduced mobility, you must always have a companion with you, and they can accompany you free of cost.
The guide accompanying you on the tour of the stadium will speak both Portuguese and English.
