Born in Lisbon, but raised between the city and the countryside, particularly in the Serra de Sintra, from where his strong connection to nature originates.
He studied Marketing and Advertising, as well as Photography and Video. He worked in TV programs, documentaries, music videos, and even had his own film production company.
All this, while never ceasing to travel and explore the world. It was during one of these journeys, through India and Nepal, that his spirituality awakened.
In 2019, he felt the need to slow down and change his life, and began training in Reiki, Crystal Therapy, and Sound Therapy.
Today, he considers himself a therapist and believes his mission is to help others reconnect with themselves and lead a more balanced life physically, emotionally, and spiritually. 🙏
