• Shadow Self Journaling – Begin the evening with guided prompts to reflect on what’s been hidden, release what haunts you, and embrace your power.
• Halloween-Themed Yoga Flow – A grounding, transformative practice designed to balance shadow and light.
• Sound Healing Journey – Rest in a candlelit savasana with crystal bowls and hauntingly beautiful tones to guide you inward.
