Adult Beginner Learn To Swim

Interested in learning to swim in a small group environment? Join longtime Swim Instructor Celeste for this class designed to build water confidence and essential swimming skills through safe, supportive instruction.
This class will include a mix of practice on land and in the water along with videotaping above water and underwater. There will also be time for questions and individual attention.

LOCATION: Evergreen Sports in Lisbon, NH
DATE & TIME: Saturday 11/1 from 1-2:30pm (90 minutes)
INVESTMENT: $85 for non-members, $75 for members

Celeste has been Competing in Triathlons for 30 years, Total Immersion Master Swim coach for 25 years, USA Triathlon for 23 years, NASM Personal Trainer for 5 years. She has worked with all level swimmers from kids to adults learning to swim to competitive swimmers. She still competes and trains in the White Mountains of NH.
