About the Workshop
Creativity is one of our many innate abilities—a talent that every person and every language learner possesses. In this workshop, we will explore how to be a creative and imaginative teacher in FLOW.
Motivation is a vital element of learning. Together, we will look at how teachers and leaders can conduct motivation-related research in their own workplace and experience what it means to be fully immersed in energised focus, deep involvement, and successful engagement in learning.
Let’s discover the joy of creativity and embrace the idea that language itself is inherently creative!

About the Trainer
Stefania Ballotto is an experienced teacher, teacher trainer, and trainer of trainers with over 40 years of expertise in education. For nearly two decades she has been a valued member of the Pilgrims Teacher Training team, inspiring teachers worldwide with her dynamic courses and workshops. She also lectures at the University of Udine, Italy, where she supports future educators and supervises M.A. theses.
Her main areas of expertise include teaching young learners, CLIL, and innovative approaches such as Global Skills, Howard Gardner’s Multiple Intelligences, and the Five Minds for the Future framework. Stefania is a passionate advocate of learner-centered education and a frequent speaker at international conferences and teacher-training events around the world.

About the Series
Grow with Harmony & Pilgrims has been inspiring teachers, trainers, and school leaders since 2007.
