Yoga Day Retreat (from £72 with EARLYBIRD10)

Join Laura and I for a day of yoga, sound bath and amazing food. The day will consist three yoga classes, an hour’s sound bath and snacks, drinks and lunch available throughout the day. As always there will be a theme relating to yoga philosophy to deepen your practice and knowledge of yoga. All abilities, experiences and ages are welcome.
