Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, we’ll help you capture your best moments in a relaxed, fun atmosphere. Don’t miss this pilot edition — it’s all about making you look and sound awesome!

This is a high-touch, professionally recorded speaker reel experience designed for speakers who want high-quality footage without the cost or complexity of a solo production.

You’ll deliver a focused 5-minute talk on a real stage, in front of a live audience of fellow speakers, with professional video and audio capture.

This is a curated recording experience designed to help you walk away with footage you can actually use.

You don’t need to be “perfect.”
You do need to be ready to show up and speak.

🎬 Editing is optional and available directly through the videographer (separate pricing and communication).

• No refunds unless the event is canceled

This event is intentionally limited to 20 speakers so that we can provide you with a stellar experience. We expect this event to sell out.

If tickets sell out:

• You’ll have the option to join the waitlist for the afternoon session on the same day
• If a spot opens, we’ll notify waitlisted speakers in order

Want to attend with a colleague or friend? The Bring a Friend option allows two speakers to register together at a discounted rate. Each speaker receives their own 5-minute stage recording and raw footage. This is a great option if you’d like to share the experience and support each other on stage.

The Priority Recording Pass offers a bit more flexibility and ease on the day of the event. Priority speakers receive first choice of speaking slots, a calmer arrival experience, and early coordination with the videographer regarding optional editing services.
