Attention all houseplant lovers! Whether you have too many plants, are looking for new green companions, or want to share your passion for indoor gardening, join us for our Houseplant and Propagation Swap event! This is a great opportunity to refresh your plant collection and meet fellow plant enthusiasts in the community.
Here’s how it works:
Donate Plants Ahead of Time:
Drop off your healthy, pest-free houseplants or cuttings at the LINC Library’s Ask Desk between today and September 12, 2025.
Plants should be labeled with their type, common name, or care instructions if known.
Examples: "Spider Plant - Easy care, bright indirect light," "Monstera Cutting - Water until roots develop."
Attend the Swap:
Feel free to bring your plants the day of the swap too!
On the day of the event, browse and take home new houseplants to liven up your space.
Even if you don't have plants to swap, come and adopt a plant or two!
Feel free to bring additional plants or accessories to share on the day of the swap!
Extras:
Learn houseplant care tips and tricks from fellow plant lovers.
Exchange ideas for creative indoor gardening.
What to Bring:
A small box or bag for transporting your new plants.
Any last-minute plants, pots, or other houseplant-related items to contribute (optional).
This event is free and open to the public. Let’s grow together and make our homes a little greener!
