Vad sker när jag är färdig med min utbildning?
Hur ska man tänka inför exjobbet? Är detta frågor du ställt dig själv så passa på och sök till Mentorskapsprogrammet!
Ansökan till nästa års mentorskapsprogram är äntligen öppen! Mentorskapsprogrammet är en unik chans för både studenter och alumner från M-sektionen att få lära sig av varandra och utvecklas tillsammans. Upplägget är att studenter som går i årskurs fyra eller fem paras ihop med en mentor där de upp till ett års tid lär känna varandra och diskuterar framtid, CV, jobb osv!
Vad innebär det för mig som student?
Som student får du chansen att lära känna en Alumn som redan gjort resan du ska göra och du kan då ställa de viktiga frågorna som du kanske inte får svar på annars. Exempelvis hur de gjorde sista året i sin utbildning, hur det är att jobba som civilingenjör och vilka steg du bör ta i nära framtiden.
Vad innebär det för mig som alumn?
Som alumn från M-sektionen får du chansen att dela med dig av olika erfarenheter du har fått med dig från arbetslivet och sista åren i din utbildning. Du får lära känna din adept personligen och visa upp vad du gör idag. Tanken är även att ni ska under mentorskapsprogrammet få lära er av varandra!

The application for next year’s mentorship program is finally open! The Mentorship Program is a unique opportunity for both students and alumni from the M-section to learn from each other and grow together.The structure is simple: students in their fourth or fifth year are paired with a mentor, and over the course of up to one year they get to know each other and discuss the future, CVs, jobs, and much more!
What does it mean for me as a student?
As a student, you get the chance to connect with an alumnus who has already taken the journey you are about to begin. You can ask important questions that you might not otherwise get answers to — for example, how they approached their final year, what it’s like to work as an engineer, and what steps you should take in the near future.
What does it mean for me as an alumnus?
As an alumnus from the M-section, you have the opportunity to share the experiences you gained during your studies and in your professional life. You will get to know your mentee personally and show them what you do today. This will be incredibly valuable for them, but along the way you may also learn something new yourself!
