After weeks of sailing you've reached Hopesend - last port of the north.
What drove you this far north? Well, the lure of treasure, and glory!
And where shall you find this? In the Fallen Marsh, naturally!

The Fallen Marsh is a soggy place with hazardous fog and hideous odour. Where each year the land sinks deeper and becomes progressively more overgrown with thick, voluminous vegetation. Even the local wildlife has grown odd.
But it is here where strange buildings have risen from the ever sinking march, those that have ventured into them speak of eldritch riches and arcane treasures, and covetous guardians...
