Riverside Guided Meditation

Join me for a morning meditation 🧘‍♀️ alongside the rushing river outside of the building. The nearby waterfall makes the perfect white noise to wash your worries away!

We’ll start with a discussion to enable a greater understanding of Meditation so grab your coffee or snack from Bridge Street Brewtique for the beginning part of the session. Some seating is provided but feel free to bring a folding chair or blanket.

This event will be held out doors rain ☔️ or sun ☀️ shine unless there is imminent danger.

Limited to the first 20 participants. $25/person

$15 Venmo to @Patrice-Berlinski to hold your spot. Cash, Venmo or check for the balance in person.
