We’ll begin with a restorative half-hour sound bath, where crystal bowls, gongs, and soothing rhythms create space for deep rest and renewal. Surrounded by the calming energy of nature and animals, participants are invited to release stress and reconnect with themselves.
Afterward, enjoy an informational session on Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). Learn how KAP can support trauma healing, women’s mental health, and personal growth. I’ll share what to expect in both group and individual settings, as well as answer questions in a supportive, trauma-informed environment.
