This year, the theme is Classic Chicago Steakhouse �

Amuse Bouche: Steak Tartare, Salmon Roe, Fried Capers �
First Course: Mini Wedge Salad �
Second Course: Bay Scallop Risotto �
Third Course: Prime Rib, Loaded Potato Au Gratin, Cream of Spinach �
Fourth Course: Double Chocolate Cake �
Add a wine pairing or a welcome cocktail to round out the evening.
All of this, followed by a complimentary Champagne toast at 10pm, so you can get to your next function (or your bed) before midnight �
