Step into nature with us this fall as we slow down, observe, and reconnect with the beauty around us. This mindful, community-focused workshop is all about pausing, noticing, and sharing what we discover along the way.

📍 Location: Meet at Self Care Sunday LLC, 207 S Academy St, Lincolnton, NC
🕙 Duration: 60–90 minutes
👥 Group Size: Limited to 12 participants for a close-knit experience
💲 Cost: $10 per person
☕ Extras: Complimentary tea and water provided before or after the walk
🥾 What to Bring: Comfortable walking shoes, water bottle, camera/phone for photos, and weather-appropriate clothing.
🌸 After each walk, participants are invited into our private Facebook group where you can share photos, reflections, and resources to keep the connection alive between walks or even to use to find a friend to go have a cup of coffee with or lunch!
