Get ready to unwind and recharge at our Saturday Sanctuary Retreat Day.

Join us for a restful and restorative Yoga Retreat Day where you'll dive into calming sessions, connect with like-minded people, and find your inner peace. It’s the perfect chance to take a break, stretch out, and refresh your mind and body. Come for the day and leave feeling as rested as if you'd had a holiday.

Our studio is very friendly and welcoming, a totally non-competitive and inclusive environment. It doesn't matter whether you've never done yoga before or are a very experienced practitioner. We deliver these ancient teachings in a way that makes them accessible and benefical to everyone.

All equipment is provided and we have chairs for seated practice if sitting on the floor is not for you.

Maximum 12 guests per retreat day to ensure a calm and intimate space can be held for the group.
